We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at evernaxsupport@gmail.com with your order number. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and return instructions. Please pack items securely and include a copy of your receipt.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all eligible returns. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we cannot reimburse shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
