We want you repping THE NO.9 with confidence. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Free 1-Week Returns

You can request a free return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear, damage, stains, or odour, with any tags still attached.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Items damaged during delivery are covered even outside the standard condition rules above.

What's Not Eligible

• Items requested for return after 7 days of delivery
• Shirts that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use
• Items without original tags or in unsellable condition (unless damaged in transit)

How To Start a Return

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps and a return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
